Description

 

1.BOPP packing tape jumbo rolls are premium-grade master rolls specifically designed for manufacturing high-performance adhesive packing tapes. These industrial-sized rolls serve as the primary raw material for tape converters and large-scale packaging operations, offering exceptional quality and consistency for bulk tape production.
 
2.The product is manufactured from high-quality biaxially oriented polypropylene (BOPP) film, available in widths ranging from 1000mm to 1500mm with customizable options. Standard thickness options include 45μm, 48μm, 50μm, and 55μm, all maintained within a strict ±2μm tolerance for uniform performance. The rolls feature different adhesive types including standard acrylic, high-tack hot melt, and specialized solvent-based formulations for specific applications.
 
3.Technical specifications demonstrate superior performance with tensile strength ≥120N/mm² (MD) and ≥200N/mm² (TD), elongation of 80-120% (MD) and 40-70% (TD), and adhesion strength measuring 400-600g/25mm peel strength. The material maintains reliable performance across a wide temperature range from -20°C to +80°C, with corona-treated surface (≥38 dynes/cm) ensuring optimal adhesive bonding.
 
4.These jumbo rolls are engineered for high-efficiency converting operations, supporting processing speeds of 500-800m/min with excellent dimensional stability and minimal edge curl. The consistent adhesive coating (±1.5g/m² variance) ensures uniform quality throughout production runs.
