Description

 

 

1.BOPP jumbo rolls are the essential raw material for producing premium-quality packing tapes, offering superior strength, durability, and consistency for industrial and commercial packaging needs. Manufactured from high-grade biaxially oriented polypropylene (BOPP) film, these master rolls are engineered for high-speed converting into retail-sized tape rolls, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness for tape manufacturers and large-scale packaging operations.
 
2.Available in widths from 1,000mm to 1,500mm (with customizable options), these rolls come in standard thicknesses of 45μm, 48μm, 50μm, and 55μm, all maintained within a tight ±2μm tolerance for uniform performance. The adhesive options include acrylic for general-purpose use, hot melt for instant high-tack bonding, and solvent-based adhesives for specialized applications.
 
3.Designed for reliability, BOPP jumbo rolls feature excellent tensile strength (≥120N/mm² MD / ≥200N/mm² TD) and elongation properties (80-120% MD / 40-70% TD), ensuring secure sealing even under heavy loads. The corona-treated surface (≥38 dynes/cm) enhances adhesive bonding, while the temperature resistance (-20°C to +80°C) guarantees performance in various climates.
 
4.Optimized for high-speed slitting at 500-800m/min, these rolls minimize production waste and maximize efficiency. Customization options include colored films, pre-printed designs, anti-static treatments, and specialty adhesives to meet diverse industry needs.
